Who we are

Intelix360 is a business management platform operated by Aptivix Technologies LLP (“Aptivix”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability partnership registered in India with its office at HD-307, WeWork DLF Forum, Cybercity, Phase-III, Gurugram - 122002. This policy covers the Intelix360 website and the Intelix360 platform.

For business data that a customer enters into Intelix360 — their own customers, products, invoices and payments — Aptivix acts on that business's instructions. The business decides what is stored and who may see it; we operate the platform that holds it.

Information we collect

When you contact us

If you complete the demo request form we collect the name, business name, work email, phone number, business type, expected number of users, area of interest and any message you provide, so that we can respond to your enquiry.

When you use the platform

To provide Intelix360 to a business we hold account information for its users — name, email address, role and permissions — together with the business records that the business itself enters. We also keep operational records such as sign-in events and an audit log of key actions, which exist so that a business can establish what happened in its own account.

Automatically

Our servers record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to operate the service, investigate faults and protect against abuse.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and arrange demonstrations
• To provide, operate and support the Intelix360 platform
• To secure the service, including rate limiting and abuse prevention
• To communicate about your account, including service notices
• To meet legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share one customer's business data with another customer.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers, and sets no cookies for those purposes. If that changes we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent before any non-essential tracking loads.

The Intelix360 platform itself uses cookies that are necessary for you to stay signed in securely. These cannot be switched off without preventing sign-in.

Sharing information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the platform — cloud hosting, email delivery and similar infrastructure — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not transfer customer data to third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to follow up and to maintain a record of business correspondence. Business data in the platform is kept for the life of the account; on termination it is handled in line with the customer's agreement. Operational and audit records are kept for a defined retention period and then removed.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold, including authenticated access, role-based and permission-controlled authorisation, separation of each business's data, audit logging and rate limiting. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and we make no claim to any security certification we have not obtained. Our security page describes what is in place.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to give you access to the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may withdraw consent where we rely on it. If you are a user of a business's Intelix360 account, please raise the request with that business first — we will support them in answering it.

Children

Intelix360 is a business product and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be notified to account holders.
