Intelix360 is a cloud business management platform. It brings sales and invoicing, inventory, customer records, payments and receivables, customer ledgers, business reports and user permissions into one system, available on the web and on mobile.

It was designed first with furniture retailers, whose products need photographs, dimensions, materials and finishes — not just a code and a price.

No. Furniture retail is where the product fields are richest and where Intelix360 starts. The same modules — sales, inventory, customers, payments, ledger and reports — apply to other retail and distribution businesses, and modules can be enabled or disabled to fit how you work.

Yes. The web application is where you set up products, users and permissions and work through detailed reports. The mobile app uses the same account and the same data, so you can check stock, create an invoice, record a payment and open a customer’s ledger away from the desk.

Yes. Roles decide each person’s access, permission by permission. A salesperson can raise invoices without seeing the business’s overall numbers; an accounts assistant can record payments without editing prices. The same permissions apply on web and on mobile.

A GST module is planned and is not available today. Purchases and suppliers, expenses, branches and warehouses, delivery, accounting, WhatsApp and AI-assisted insights are also on the roadmap. Anything not yet available is labelled as planned on this site, and we will tell you its current status during a demo rather than sell you a date.

Every user signs in with their own credentials, and sessions use short-lived access tokens with rotating refresh tokens. Access is role-based and checked on the server for each request. Each business’s records are isolated from every other business on the platform. Key actions are recorded in an append-only audit log, and sign-in is rate limited against repeated attempts.

The users you create, with the permissions you give them. Aptivix Technologies staff access a customer’s data only when it is necessary to support or operate the platform. We do not sell business data and we do not share it with other customers.
